We are living in interesting days. The atmosphere around us is heightened for many, as things get intense in the nations and our economy. More than ever we are hard pressed into the loving arms of Jesus. For this reason, we must live in the activation of His Word, the Bible.
The Bible is the guide for all of us over all time. It is His written word to us for life and certain guidance. As we grow closer to the Lord, the Word becomes more precious every day. It is this that builds our relationship and intimacy with our Loving, very present God. His word reassures our mind, comforts our soul, heals our bodies and leads us to repentance.
Walking in His love is what we do. Living in His grace is how we live. Following the urgings of the Holy Spirit is how we manage everyday in the world around us. He is love, hope, peace, joy.
Take time this season to rest in His word. Take time to know Him more. Take time to listen carefully to His urgings as He speaks wisdom to you. Let His word fill you with all you need for abundant living.
Psalm 119:16 I will delight myself in Your statutes; I will not forget Your word.”
